Shipping Policy

Marshian Cards currently delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Standard Tracked Delivery: £3.99

Free Standard Tracked Delivery on orders of £50 or more.

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Standard Tracked Delivery is normally expected to arrive within approximately 3–5 business days after dispatch.

Tracking information will be provided where available.

Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our control, including delays within the carrier network.

Please ensure that the delivery address entered at checkout is correct. If you notice an error after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at james@marshiangames.com. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

If your order arrives damaged, appears to be missing items or has not arrived within a reasonable period, please contact james@marshiangames.com with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the packaging or damage.

Higher-value orders may be sent using an alternative tracked, signed-for or insured delivery service at our discretion to provide appropriate protection for the shipment.

If an order cannot be delivered because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, or because the parcel was not collected or accepted, additional delivery charges may apply if the order needs to be sent again.

Nothing in this Shipping Policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
