Returns & Refunds Policy

Change-of-mind returns

If you are a UK consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving a reason.

After notifying us that you wish to cancel, you then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us.

To request a return, please contact james@marshiangames.com and include your order number.

Unless an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise not in conformity with your statutory rights, you are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

Please take reasonable care of returned items. You may inspect goods in the same way that would reasonably be possible in a physical shop. If an item has been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and condition, we may make a deduction from the refund to reflect any reduction in value where permitted by law.

For sealed trading card products, opening factory seals, booster packs or other sealed contents may substantially reduce the value of the product. Where such handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the goods, any resulting reduction in value may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned goods, we will inspect them and process any refund due within 14 days. If you provide evidence that you have returned the goods before we receive them, the applicable refund period may begin from when that evidence is provided.

Refunds will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of our standard outbound delivery service. If you selected a more expensive delivery option, we are only required to refund an amount equivalent to the cost of our standard delivery option.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, not as described or you receive the wrong item, please contact james@marshiangames.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and, where helpful, photographs showing the issue.

Where applicable under UK consumer law, you may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement. Customers may have a short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days of receiving them.

Cancellations before dispatch

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, you may request cancellation by contacting james@marshiangames.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, please follow the change-of-mind returns procedure above.

Return instructions

Please contact james@marshiangames.com before returning an item so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Items should not be returned without first contacting us.
